Production Notes: Over the past year, the team at Pacific Puzzleworks has been developing our own super-high-quality hardwood laminate product by pressing together cross-grained sheets of veneer cut from sustainably harvested trees (cherry, walnut and maple) using non-toxic aliphatic resin wood glue. This special eco-friendly puzzlemaking plywood is laser-cut with high-resolution etching on both sides of the material, and then gently sanded down to thickness tolerance, leaving clean and spicy-smelling cuts without the sticky residue commonly found on inferior laser-cut products. The unsurpassed quality of the resulting puzzle pieces can be seen by examining the full-size versions of the photographs that you find on this website. The perfect fit and meticulous attention to detail is what you would expect from anything bearing a Pacific Puzzleworks logo.
